Bachelor Nation's Ashley Iaconetti Gives Birth, Welcomes Baby No. 2 With Jared Haibon

Another rose has been added to this family’s bouquet.

Bachelor Nation’s Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon have welcomed their second baby boy, they confirmed to People, officially making their 2-year-old son Dawson a big brother.

“Say hello to Hayden Cruise Haibon,” the couple told People, confirming his birthday was July 22. "Baby is healthy and so is Mama!”

The couple—who tied the knot in 2019—also shared some insight into how they landed on the moniker Hayden Cruise, admitting that landing on a boy's name they both loved “was much harder the second time around.”

In fact, it was a lighthearted brainstorm that set them in the right direction.

“We joked about naming him Anakin as I’m a big Star Wars fan and Ashley fan girl-ed over Hayden Christensen as a teen,” Jared explained. “That sparked the idea for the name Hayden.”

They continued, “It took a while to firmly decide on because of the alliteration with our last name, but ultimately we felt it fit!"

For his middle name, Ashley and Jared once again turned to the big screen.

“We always knew the middle name would be Cruise because we bonded over being Tom Cruise fans while first meeting on Bachelor in Paradise 2,” they added. “We’ve always loved the passion, determination, and charisma of his characters.”

And even in the first hours of being a family of four, Ashley and Jared are already feeling the extra love.

“We’re so lucky to have Hayden and Dawson in our lives,” the couple gushed. “They both have already given us so much more love in our hearts and as parents, we’re so grateful they are both happy and healthy!" 

They also shared an inside look into their eldest’s reaction to his brother’s arrival.

“Seeing Dawson meet his little brother for the first time was as precious as we always imagined the moment would be,” they revealed. “Dawson is full of love and kept petting Hayden."

Apparently, all it took was seeing Hayden in person for the concept of a little brother to click for him. After all, Asley and Jared previously admitted the toddler wasn’t totally understanding his mother’s pregnancy.

“He doesn't really get it," Jared explained to E! News in January. "I mean, she keeps pointing to her belly and trying to be like, 'Baby, baby.' But then he points to his own belly. And he's like, 'Baby.' It's like, that's not how biology works, Bro. But sure."

He joked, "He just learned the difference between blue and red. Give him time on finding out that there's another human being grown in his mom's belly."

But Dawson’s sweet reaction to meeting Hayden should come as no surprise: he’s already a big fan of babies.

“He loves baby dolls, which is kind of adorable," Ashley added. "He'll always hug them. And then if he sees a baby out in the stroller, he's like, 'Baby!' I'm like, 'That was you a year ago.'"

The Oscar nominee and her husband shared they welcomed their twins, a girl and a boy named Maya and Cooper in April. 

"Brandon always wanted to name a son Cooper, so we can call him 'Coop,'" Gabourey told The Shade Room June 6, "and Maya was named shortly before our baby moon to the Mayan Riviera in Mexico. Both twins have traditional West African middle names after members of my family."

The Property Brothers star and his wife Linda Phan welcomed their second child on May 21, a baby girl named Piper Rae.

The YouTuber and her husband Moses Hacmon welcomed their second child together, a baby girl named Elvis, she shared on Instagram June 4.

Erin Foster and her husband Simon welcomed their first baby, daughter Noa Mimi Tikhman on May 17.

Two years after the death of their son Elliot, the Siesta Key star and husband Ismael "Ish" Soto welcomed baby girl Sunday Christina Soto.

Their second son, Boone Joseph Russell, arrived on Feb. 13, with mom noting he came "a week before his due date. 8 pounds 3 oz of heaven. Hearts overflowing."

On Feb. 9, the retired NFL star and country singer welcomed their fourth baby together, a son named Denver Calloway Decker. As she shared on Instagram a week later, "Our beautiful boy is here."
